When you choose us for your baking and catering needs, you're not only enjoying delicious food, but also helping to provide vulnerable and disenfranchised youth and young adults with hands-on skills in bakery, food production, catering, and customer service. Our Apprenticeship program offers a sheltered learning experience designed to mimic the real workplace, giving students the knowledge, skills, and behavior patterns that employers expect, and creating pathways for career opportunities and lifelong employment. 100% of our sales proceeds are reinvested into Kneaded and the Culinary Academy, ensuring that behind every baked good and meal is a deep commitment to supporting youth and giving back to our community. Our program staff also provides job placement support, and upon completion, every apprentice either secures full-time employment or is enrolled in higher education.
